About Me

As a licensed therapist, I’m passionate about supporting healing, growth, and self-discovery.

Life can be hard and overwhelming at times, but we don’t have to face it alone. I offer a warm, compassionate space where every part of you is welcome.

Together, we’ll gently explore what’s at the heart of your struggles and find ways to help you feel more grounded, connected, and resilient.

My approach is humanistic and collaborative, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for your unique experience.

People often describe me as kind, gentle, and caring. I believe in meeting people exactly where they are and moving at a pace that feels right for them.

I use an integrative therapy orientation where I draw from a range of modalities, from evidence-based methods to mindfulness and somatic practices, all tailored to your individual goals and needs.

I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2017, and since then I’ve had the rewarding experience of supporting individuals from all walks of life, including survivors of trauma, immigrants, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
