About Me
As a licensed therapist, I offer a warm, compassionate space where every part of you is welcome.
Life can be hard and overwhelming at times, but we don’t have to face it alone.
Together, we’ll gently explore what’s at the heart of your struggles and find ways to help you feel more grounded, connected, and resilient.
My Approach to Therapy
My approach is humanistic and collaborative, grounded in empathy, authenticity, and deep respect for your unique experience.
I use an integrative therapy orientation where I draw from a range of modalities, including:
Somatic therapy
Mindfulness therapy
Psychodynamic therapy
Transpersonal psychology
Evidence-based modalities (DBT, CBT, and ACT)
Some sessions may focus on understanding where certain patterns come from and how past experiences have shaped you; while others may center on grounding in the present moment by noticing what’s happening in your body and gently connecting with the felt sense of your emotions.
Experience & Education
As a bilingual therapist originally from Mexico City, I’ve had the privilege of working with people from diverse backgrounds throughout the Bay Area across multiple settings, such as community clinics, non-profits, schools, and youth programs.
I earned my Master’s in Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies in 2017, and since then I’ve had the rewarding experience of supporting individuals from all walks of life, including survivors of trauma, immigrants, and members of the LGBTQ+ community.
